Terms of Service — BizFlow.id

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BizFlow.id, including the dashboard, API, and any related services. By creating an account or using BizFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. Otherwise, you must not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable laws.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable regulations.

Free access is available with fair-use limits. Paid plans unlock collaboration, higher usage, and premium support.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion charges are your responsibility.
• Trials may end at any time. Continuing beyond the trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel.

• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not exploit the service to spam, phish, or disrupt other users.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security or billing metering.
• Notify BizFlow immediately if you discover a security vulnerability.

You retain ownership of content and records you upload. By using BizFlow you grant a license to process that data solely to deliver the service.

Processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, available at https://bizflow.id/privacy. By using the service you also accept that policy.

BizFlow lets you connect your TikTok account via TikTok’s official OAuth authorization flow. By connecting, you permit BizFlow to access the data explicitly shown on the TikTok consent screen (e.g., basic profile, public video list, and performance metrics).

We use that data solely to power BizFlow features such as content analytics, scheduling, and reporting. We will not post to your TikTok account or share TikTok data with other parties without your approval.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. If TikTok revokes access or you disconnect the authorization, some BizFlow features may stop working.

We strive for high uptime but the service is provided on an “as is” basis. Maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages may limit availability.

We may change features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or the dashboard.

• BizFlow is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months before the incident, unless prohibited by law.

You may stop using BizFlow at any time. You can export supported data formats before closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, cause security risks, or fail to pay invoices. We will attempt to notify you except where prohibited (e.g., by law enforcement).

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.

Continued use after new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.
